1- The promoter is: Conker Living Limited (company no. 11124610 whose registered office is at Ebenezer House, Ryecroft, Newcastle-Under-Lyme, Staffordshire, England, ST5 2BE.
2- The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of Conker Living Limited and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
3- There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
4- By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

6- Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
7- Closing date for entry will be 31st March 2022. After this date the no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
8- No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
13- Winners will be chosen: at random by software, from all entries received and verified by Promoter and or its agents.
14- The winner will be notified by email within 28 days of the closing date. The winner will only ever be contacted by Conker Living Limited. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
15- The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered.
16- The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
17- By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
18- The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
19- The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current [UK] data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

Conker Living’s decision as to those able to take part and selection of winners is final. No correspondence relating to the competition will be entered into.
Conker Living Limited shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
Conker Living Limited also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
1- A minimum deposit of 50% is required on all orders.
2- Outstanding balances must be paid in full before delivery.
3- All credit applications must be completed, approved and signed before delivery can be arranged.
4- All quoted prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate and are subject to change if the VAT rate changes.
5- All delivery dates quoted at the time of sale are given in good faith. Every effort will be made to honour them, it must be realised that they are estimates and consequently Conker Living Limited cannot accept any liability or claims for compensation resulting in late deliveries.
6- Delivery will be discussed at the time of purchase. Reasonable access must be provided in accordance with your Conker instillation. If access to the property is not possible by normal means, alternative arrangements such as the using of hoists, lifting tackle or alterations for access may be necessary, at the risk and cost to the customer. Conker Living cannot be responsible for any damage.
7- If the customer is unable to take delivery of The Conker when it becomes available, storage can be arranged free of charge for a maximum of four weeks, providing payment of the outstanding balance has been made. Storage for longer periods can be arranged at the discretion of Conker Living Limited and will be subject to a charge.
1- All outstanding balances must be paid in full before delivery.
2- Delivery: Reasonable access must be provided, and it is the responsibility of the customer. If access to the property is not possible by normal means, alternative arrangements are to be discussed and costed separately.
3- Delivery Installation times: All delivery dates quoted at the time of sale are given in good faith and whilst every effort must be made to honour them, it must be recognised that they are estimates and Conker Living Limited cannot accept any liability or claims for compensation resulting from overdue deliveries.
4- Foundations: Foundation work will be carried out at an earlier date depending upon the requirements.
5- Cooling off period: You have 14 days to change your mind before a full refund is given, minus any transactional costs.
